The EFL Program at the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST), South Korea, is seeking applicants for two full-time EFL faculty positions. KAIST is Korea's most prominent and world-renowned institution for science and engineering. Most of the courses at KAIST are taught in English, so English language education is highly emphasized. Our campus is located in Daedeok Innopolis(httsp://innopolis.or.kr/eng/). Korea's R&D center, which is 150km south of Seoul. It takes just 50 minutes to travel from Seoul to Daedeok by Korean bullet trains (KTX & SRT).

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
· Master's degree in TESOL or Applied Linguistics
· Native-like fluency in English
· A minimum of two years of college-level teaching experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
· Experience in teaching EFL courses for science and engineering students
· Experience in developing and teaching AI-integrated EFL courses
· Experience in teaching scientific writing
· Experience in developing and teaching CLIL (Content and Language Integrated Learning) courses

DUTIES: Teaching 12 hours per week during the spring and fall semesters; 2 additional weekly hours of teaching or tutoring; 4 weekly office hours; curriculum development; serving on committees; and performing other university-related responsibilities. (If teaching obligations are not fulfilled in the spring or fall semesters, teaching during the summer or winter is required without additional pay.)
